In August 2025, we reached out to Bella Ilinskaya, the owner of Hometastic.Solutions Ltd.
Our situation was quite unique: my partner and I were relocating to London from another country. Our visas weren’t ready yet, and we had no way to furnish the apartment ourselves, but we needed to move into a fully prepared home — ready to live in, like a hotel.
We agreed on the budget at the very beginning, and, looking ahead, Bella managed to stay perfectly within it. We discussed the general design concept and key furniture pieces, and Bella took care of everything else — from planning to execution. All my worries that the apartment would be just an empty space with furniture proved completely unfounded.
When we arrived, we found a real home — warm, cozy, and beautifully finished. Everything was there: stylish and comfortable furniture, thoughtful interior details, a fully equipped kitchen, and even small touches like a wine opener, coasters, and scented candles. It felt like a place already full of life and love.
The result was truly impressive — not only because of the logistics and budgeting involved, but also thanks to Bella’s impeccable taste and sense of harmony. She was always in touch, responsive, and genuinely cared about every little detail.
Since we couldn’t visit the apartment beforehand, Bella coordinated with the letting agency, arranged for an extra deep cleaning, documented all the issues, and followed up with them directly. She treated our project as if it were her own home.
I have never encountered such a level of dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt care for one’s work. Everything was done quickly, flawlessly, and with real passion.
